The Department of Redundancy Department, Part 2

I take issue with this notice to the kind folks of West Hollywood for several reasons:

• Does every sentence have to be its own paragraph?


• Would it kill them to use some periods?


• Why does this need to be centered?

My biggest problem, however, is the sentence "We will begin starting at 8:00 AM". When will they begin ending?
